Anthony D. Martino

Anthony D. Martino is an accomplished trial attorney recognized for his effective representation in complex civil matters. With almost twenty years of courtroom experience, he has managed significant personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death cases. Known for his meticulous preparation and client-focused strategy, he approaches every case with integrity and determination to achieve favorable outcomes.

Anthony received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, where he pursued minors in Economics and Criminology. During his time there, he was honored with induction into Florida Blue Key, the state’s most distinguished leadership organization. He later earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, strengthening his commitment to legal excellence and community service.

Anthony began his legal career defending civil litigation claims before transitioning to represent plaintiffs in personal injury and insurance coverage disputes. His courtroom experience includes numerous jury trials in both state and federal courts. Over the years, he has successfully represented victims of motor vehicle accidents, product defects, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful deaths, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected.

Anthony currently serves as President of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (2024-2025) and has long held leadership roles, including Chair of the 13th Judicial Circuit’s Professionalism Panel and President of the HCBA Young Lawyers Division. His professional memberships extend to the American Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, among others.
