Annie Becker

Annie Becker is an associate attorney at Bosson Legal Group in Fairfax, Virginia. She joined the practice in December 2024 and focuses on civil litigation. Before entering private practice, she represented clients in complex custody matters through civil legal aid in Washington, D.C. Her experience includes working directly with individuals facing difficult legal proceedings and helping legal aid organizations expand access to representation.

Annie earned a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 2014 and a master’s degree in Education from Lipscomb University in 2017. She received her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2022. During law school, she served as an associate editor of the Texas Law Review, led Texas Law Fellowships as president, and mentored first-year students as a Dean’s Fellow.

Annie previously worked in civil legal aid, representing clients at different stages of contested custody proceedings. She later served as Director of Christian Legal Aid at the Christian Legal Society. In that role, she supported a network of legal aid organizations and helped attorneys provide assistance to people who otherwise lacked representation. Her experience includes both direct client advocacy and work coordinating resources for community-based legal services.

Annie Becker is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Her academic involvement in pro bono service included advocacy work and leadership within student organizations, and she was elected Permanent Class President at law school. She brings that experience to civil litigation, combining attention to case preparation with an understanding of the practical barriers people may face when seeking legal assistance.
