Anita H. Hurlburt

Anita H. Hurlburt is an attorney at Quane McColl Metz, PLLC in Boise, Idaho. She then moved to Boise and entered private practice with a civil litigation defense firm before joining her current law dirm. She is admitted in Idaho and Hawaii. Her clerkships provide perspective on how judges assess records and written arguments, while her defense practice gives her experience applying that insight to active litigation.

Anita H. Hurlburt is active in the Idaho State Bar Health Law Section, where she has served as an At Large Council Member, and also participates in the Litigation Section, Idaho Women Lawyers, and American Inns of Court. Her combination of appellate clerkship work, civil defense experience, and health law involvement supports careful representation in medical malpractice and other civil disputes where detailed records, strong written advocacy, and sound procedural judgment are especially important.
