Anita Dhar Miller

Anita Dhar Miller is an Iowa litigation attorney and a partner in the litigation division of Grefe & Sidney, P.L.C., whose practice includes appellate matters, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, employment law and labor disputes, and bad faith and insurance coverage claims. She represents clients in civil matters before Iowa district courts and federal district courts. Her experience includes automobile personal injury, construction claims, gross negligence, slip-and-fall cases, discrimination, and sexual harassment disputes. She has secured favorable results before the Iowa Court of Appeals and through summary judgment proceedings.

Anita completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa, graduating with honors and high distinction. She later earned her law degree from the University of Iowa. Anita began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for Judge Robert W. Pratt of the US District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.
