Anh Tran

Anh Tran is a Partner at Modern Wealth Law, where she counsels individuals and business owners on estate planning, tax strategies, and trust administration. Her legal practice is focused on helping clients protect and transfer wealth through comprehensive planning, probate services, and asset protection. She brings a practical, client-centered approach to every engagement.

With a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, Anh also holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in Business Management from the University of California, Irvine. Her strong academic foundation supports her legal insights and helps her guide clients through complex legal and financial structures with clarity.

Before joining Modern Wealth Law, Anh served as Vice President of Financial Counseling at The Ayco Company, a Goldman Sachs division. She advised senior executives and high-net-worth families there, creating proactive tax and investment strategies. Her extensive experience in estate planning, employee benefits, and tax law allows her to deliver integrated legal and financial solutions.

Anh frequently assists clients from the Asian American communities of Irvine, Newport Beach, and surrounding Southern California areas. She provides culturally informed counsel and is a trusted advisor to business owners and families. She also contributes to Nguoi Viet’s financial column, expanding legal and financial literacy within the Vietnamese-American community.
