Angela M. Schaefer is an experienced attorney who guides businesses and individuals through challenging legal disputes. She has handled matters involving commercial contracts, shareholder oppression, trade secrets, insurance coverage, real estate disputes, and employee non-compete agreements. Her background also includes work on class actions and multi-district litigation.
Angela earned her Bachelor of Arts from Samford University in 2012, graduating summa cum laude. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2016, also summa cum laude, and was recognized as a Hugo Black Scholar. She served as Executive Editor for the Alabama Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif and the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board.

Angela M.
