Angela Kwan

Angela Kwan is a managing partner who focuses on immigration and family law matters. She represents individuals, families, and businesses in a wide range of legal issues. She is also known for sharing legal updates through media appearances and community outreach.

Angela earned a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001. She also holds a Master of Arts in East Asian Languages and Cultures and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is admitted to the Illinois and federal courts.

Angela works on many immigration matters, including visas, admissibility issues, and waivers. She assists with extraordinary ability petitions and two-year foreign residency waivers. She also advises companies on workforce strategy and visa processing for foreign national employees.
