Angela Elliott Frazier

Angela Elliott Frazier is the founder and managing attorney of Elliott Frazier Family Law, LLC in Greenville, South Carolina, where she focuses primarily on family law and divorce. Her work includes child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and related family matters. Frazier helps clients navigate major transitions with careful preparation, practical guidance, and strong advocacy. She founded Elliott Frazier Family Law, LLC in 2012 after gaining experience in private practice and as a partner in a Greenville business and construction law firm, for clients across Greenville and beyond.

Frazier earned a B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from Columbia College and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She later earned an M.B.A. from Clemson University and completed a Graduate Certificate in Trial Advocacy at the National Family Law Trial Institute in 2022. During law school, she served as Associate Editor of the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal and was a member of the Moot Court Bar, strengthening her research, writing, and advocacy skills in demanding family law court matters.

Frazier began her career with the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee in Washington, D.C., before practicing law in Myrtle Beach and later becoming a partner in a Greenville business and construction law firm. Since founding Elliott Frazier Family Law, LLC, she has focused on family law and divorce, bringing business and financial insight to complex marital matters. Her litigation experience includes arguing before the South Carolina Court of Appeals, and she uses that background to help clients evaluate options, prepare for disputes, and pursue workable outcomes more confidently.

Angela Frazier holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and remains active in South Carolina’s legal and professional communities. She has taught litigation and professional ethics as an adjunct professor in Greenville Technical College’s paralegal program and serves on its Advisory Committee for Paralegal Studies. Frazier is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Greenville County Bar Association. Her work combines family law experience, business training, and courtroom advocacy to help clients address difficult legal, financial, and family decisions.
