Andy Meyer

Andy Meyer is a real estate attorney with Meyer Closings, LLC whose practice includes real estate development, commercial real estate and lending, land use, leasing, business organizations, real estate title law, and residential real estate. Andy graduated from Vanderbilt Law School in 1989, where he was a member and editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University in 1985. More than 35 years of practice have added extensive experience with contracts, financing structures, ownership arrangements, and closing matters.

Andy has represented municipalities, developers, investors, and lenders in the construction, leasing, and acquisition of office buildings, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and other commercial facilities. He assists clients with land acquisition, ownership structures, acquisition and construction financing, permanent loans, equity financing, and condominium creation or conversion. His work includes distressed real estate portfolios, commercial contracts, leases, title disputes, and lender representation.

Andy Meyer practices through a real estate firm serving Georgia and the Southeast with closing and title needs. His work covers residential and commercial sales, refinancing, title insurance, contract negotiation, investor closings, title searches, boundary agreements, co-tenancy agreements, and escrow title services.
