Andria L. Mueller

Andria L. Mueller is an equity partner at Legacy Design Strategies and manages the firm’s Minot office. Her practice includes estate planning, business planning, wealth preservation, asset protection, charitable planning, probate, and trust administration. She works with clients in North Dakota and Montana on strategies for organizing assets, planning transfers, protecting family or business interests, and administering estates or trusts after a death.

Andria earned a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2009 and a B.A. in Psychology with studies in Philosophy from Creighton University in 2003. In law school, she served as president of the Women Law Students Association, worked as a Legal Writing teaching assistant, and participated in Phi Alpha Delta. Her education supports the counseling, drafting, analysis, and communication required in estate and business planning.

She began her legal career as a juvenile-court litigator before joining Legacy Design Strategies in 2011. Andria now focuses on planning and administration work that can involve wills, trusts, asset-protection structures, charitable objectives, business interests, and post-death estate responsibilities. Her litigation background adds perspective when advising clients about potential conflict, fiduciary duties, and the importance of clear documents and well-organized plans.
