Andrew W. Abel

Andrew W. Abel is an attorney with Spivey Law Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.A., where his entire practice is devoted to representing victims of personal injury law and wrongful death. He joined the firm in 2014 after practicing with a litigation firm in Miami. He handles personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Florida, representing people harmed by another party’s negligence. Andrew earned a business degree from Ohio University College of Business, where he double majored in Marketing and Business Law. He later earned his J.D., cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review and completed judicial internships with judges serving in federal and Florida appellate courts. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2012.
