Andrew S. Warmington is an experienced attorney, litigator, and legal advisor whose practice focuses on labor and employment law. He brings more than thirteen years of legal service in the U.S. Army, handling litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and complex legal issues. His background includes advising clients in high-stakes and challenging environments.
Andrew earned an LL.M. from The Judge Advocate General’s School, U.S. Army, Charlottesville, Virginia, in 2022, graduating as a Superior Graduate with a 4.02 G.P.A. He received his J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law, University of Arizona, in 2011, graduating summa cum laude, and earned a B.A. in Public Administration and Criminology from Stonehill College in 2000.
Throughout his military career, Andrew served in numerous leadership and legal positions. His assignments included labor and employment law attorney, trial counsel, trial defense counsel, command judge advocate, brigade judge advocate, and deputy chief of a labor and employment law division. These roles involved litigation, legal counseling, investigations, policy matters, and organizational leadership.
Andrew’s experience covers federal labor and employment law, criminal litigation, administrative law, and legal advisory services. Andrew has represented and advised clients on agency matters, federal and state law issues, regulatory compliance, strategic communication, and complex investigations. He has also provided counsel on civil litigation matters and guided organizations through significant legal challenges.
Andrew S. Warmington has received several military honors recognizing his professional service and achievements. These distinctions include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Joint Service Medal, and Parachutist Badge. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and before the Merit Systems Protection Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Military Courts worldwide, providing trusted legal counsel and advocacy.
