Andrew Roth

Andrew Roth is a co-founder of Giannantonio & Roth, LLC whose practice focuses on real estate, commercial leasing, and bankruptcy. He represents clients in property and transactional matters and brings prior experience from a large New York City law firm’s Commercial Real Estate Department. His background includes work as an Essex County Assistant Prosecutor and a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court in Hackensack.

Roth earned an LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami, a J.D. from the University at Buffalo, and a B.A. cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany. His advanced real estate education supports work involving development, leasing, transactions, property financing, and related disputes. The combination of transactional training and litigation experience gives him perspective on legal risks across property matters.

Roth’s professional experience includes commercial real estate work at an AmLaw 100 firm and trial work as an Assistant Prosecutor. He has tried jury and bench matters and later developed a practice centered on property transactions, leasing, and bankruptcy. He is certified as a Foreclosure Mediator by the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts and has served as an alternate municipal prosecutor.

His practice combines real estate transactions with prior prosecution, judicial clerkship, and large-firm commercial property experience.
