Dan Abraham

Dan Abraham is Of Counsel with Giannantonio & Roth, LLC and focuses on commercial litigation and business law. Abraham graduated with honors from New York Law School in 1999, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Law Review, and earned a B.A. from the University of Florida. Abraham previously served as a state-appointed Principal Court Attorney for the New York Supreme Court, supporting Commercial Division judges on complex commercial litigation. Since 2006, he has taught as an Adjunct Law Professor at New York Law School and previously served as a Visiting Professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
