Andrew R. Gardella is an accomplished civil litigator with a strong background in representing individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies across a range of legal disputes. His practice includes handling cases in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and appeals before the Sixth Circuit and the Tennessee Court of Appeals. Andrew began his academic journey at Vanderbilt University, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, with a minor in Sociology. He was named to the Dean’s List and selected for several academic honor societies. As a student-athlete, he earned Academic All-SEC honors and was named Vanderbilt University Male Scholar Athlete of the Year. He later obtained his J.D. from the University of Memphis School of Law, magna cum laude, graduating in the top five of his class.
