Andrew K. Steenbock is a Los Angeles trusts and estates attorney whose practice covers wealth transfer planning, estate and gift tax planning, charitable planning, trust and estate litigation, and probate and trust administration. He advises individuals and families on wills, trusts, business entities, and charitable organizations. Andrew also develops gifting, sale, and other wealth-transfer strategies designed around clients’ estate planning and tax objectives.
Andrew earned his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, in 2007, graduating magna cum laude. He then received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2010. During law school, he served as Chief Technical Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, an experience that strengthened his research, analysis, and attention to complex legal details.
Andrew represents trustees and executors during the administration of trusts and estates. In addition to his private-practice experience, he spent several years as a law clerk in the Los Angeles Superior Court Probate Division. He served the Honorable Mitchell L. Beckloff, the Honorable Reva G. Goetz, and the Honorable Michael I. Levanas. This courtroom background gives him direct insight into probate procedures and the issues fiduciaries face.
