Andrew J. Williams

Andrew J. Williams is a respected criminal defense attorney serving Kingwood and the surrounding areas with more than 30 years of experience. He has dedicated his entire career to protecting the rights of people facing DWI, misdemeanor, and felony charges, as well as federal charges. Since opening The Law Office of Andrew J. Williams in Kingwood in 1993, he has handled more than 500 criminal cases, including many that proceeded to jury trial. His practice focuses on guiding clients through complex legal challenges and on fighting for fair outcomes in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Williams completed his B.A. in Biology at the University of Houston Central Campus before earning his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston. These academic achievements laid a strong foundation for his legal career and provided him with the training to understand complex criminal issues. He is admitted to practice in Texas state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Williams, throughout his career, has helped people facing a wide range of criminal charges, including DWI, assault, theft, sex offenses, juvenile matters, robbery, and white collar crimes such as bank fraud and wire fraud. He has also represented clients in federal criminal cases and appeals. As a Board Certified specialist in Criminal Law, he brings advanced knowledge and proven skill to every case. His experience includes trying cases before juries and arguing matters before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
