Andrew J. Stubbs

Andrew J. Stubbs is a partner at Forman Watkins & Krutz LLP in Jackson whose litigation work includes toxic tort, product liability, personal injury, mass tort, and commercial matters. Andrew earned his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law. He received a B.A. from the University of Mississippi with a double major through the Croft School of International Studies in Latin American Business & Economics and Spanish. His undergraduate work included a thesis on poverty alleviation in Venezuela. That combination of legal training, international studies, economics, and Spanish provides a broad analytical background for complex litigation involving technical facts and diverse parties.

Andrew has served on a trial team that obtained a defense verdict for Precision Packaging in a silica case in Arkansas. He has also represented a global respirator manufacturer in product liability claims involving alleged occupational lung disease and defended vape retailers in cases alleging battery-related injuries. His litigation experience includes motion practice, trial preparation, and multi-jurisdictional defense work. He has also participated in pro bono immigration litigation resulting in an asylum victory.
