Andrew J. Kline

Andrew J. Kline is a co-founder of Veritas Law Firm and represents business and real estate clients in the Washington, DC area. Andrew has more than 30 years of experience handling business transactions, commercial landlord-tenant matters, retail leasing, and regulatory issues affecting hospitality businesses. He also advises the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington on legislative matters and appears before the District’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Board on licensing and regulatory issues.

Andrew graduated from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in 1981 and attended George Washington University. His legal training supports a practice that combines transactional work, regulatory advocacy, and commercial dispute experience. Over the course of his career, he has worked with business owners, landlords, tenants, and hospitality industry participants on agreements and legal requirements that directly affect property use and business operations.
