After leading the firm for more than 30 years, he transitioned to the role of Chairman in 2025, where he continues to guide the firm’s long-term vision while maintaining the highest standards of client service. Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He also holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia School of Engineering, graduating with High Distinction. This strong academic background supports his detailed and structured approach to legal planning, especially in matters involving tax, trusts, and long-term financial security.
