Andrew Goffinet

Andrew Goffinet is an attorney whose practice focuses on tax law, estate planning, probate administration, trusts, business and commercial law, real estate, land use, and family law. He advises individuals, families, and businesses on a wide range of legal matters, including tax planning, estate administration, business formation, commercial transactions, and real estate issues. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science from Northwest Missouri State University before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 2004. Before entering private legal practice, he worked as an accountant with Marsh & Company, where he developed financial planning models for mixed-use real estate developments and worked with public and private financing programs, including preservation, affordable housing, and New Markets Tax Credits. This experience established a strong foundation for his tax, business, and real estate practice.

Andrew joined Crouch, Spangler & Douglas as a partner in 2012 after practicing with Gunn, Shank & Stover, P.C. His legal practice includes tax planning, trusts, probate administration, business organization, zoning and land use matters, commercial transactions, real estate, and family law. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Kansas, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the United States Tax Court, enabling him to assist clients with both state and federal legal matters.
