Andrew E. Mize

Andrew E. Mize is an attorney with Stranch, Jennings & Garvey, PLLC, working in its Class Action and Privacy Litigation groups. He represents consumers, patients, and other plaintiffs in complex civil litigation in Kentucky and other jurisdictions. His work includes class actions involving cybersecurity incidents, improper disclosures of personal information, and consumer injuries. He also handles civil rights, personal injury, medical malpractice, and education-related disputes.

Mize earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of Louisville’s Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2011 and served on the University of Louisville Law Review. He received a B.A. from Centre College in 2008, with majors in government and history and minors in international studies and political economy. His legal training included internships with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.

Mize has litigated data breach class actions and was appointed co-lead interim class counsel in a consolidated Seven Counties Services data breach case in 2025.
