Andrew earned his law degree from Western Michigan University–Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He graduated magna cum laude after finishing third in his class with a 3.98 GPA. His legal education emphasized business law, civil procedure, bankruptcy, constitutional law, legal writing, and advanced legal research skills.
Andrew works extensively in asset planning and protection, probate litigation, civil litigation, bankruptcy, and business law. He assists families with estate administration and guardianship proceedings, advises business owners on organizational decisions, and guides debtors through asset evaluation and bankruptcy planning.
Andrew has been with Collis, Griffor & Hendra since 2014 and became a partner in 2020. He has played a significant role in the firm’s appellate, probate, and civil litigation matters. Andrew has received numerous academic honors recognizing excellence and leadership. He earned the Rakow Scholarship for outstanding achievement in business law and received 19 Certificates of Merit. He also served as Editor-in-Chief of Law Review and Treasurer of the Family Law Society during law school.
