Andrew Broome

Andrew Broome builds his practice around bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters, with a strong background in civil litigation and appeals. His work centers on clear analysis, steady advocacy, and practical solutions. He regularly supports case strategy, manages discovery, and assists clients through complex disputes with a detail-focused, results-driven approach.

Andrew later attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. During law school, he was recognized as a Presidential Scholar and participated in the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. He also served as a Guantanamo Research Fellow with the Center for Policy and Research.

Andrew brings broad litigation experience from earlier roles, where he handled personal injury matters, Title 59 claims, and Social Security disability disputes. His responsibilities included drafting appellate briefs, preparing pleadings, managing discovery, and arguing motions. This work sharpened his ability to present clear arguments and adapt strategy across varied legal issues.

Andrew is known for his careful preparation and collaborative approach. He works closely with senior attorneys on trial planning, pre-trial preparation, and case management. His experience taking and defending depositions allows him to contribute meaningfully at each stage of litigation while keeping client goals and efficiency at the forefront.

Andrew remains actively involved in the New Jersey legal community. He has served on the Young Lawyers Advisory Board of the New Jersey Law Journal, participated in the Monmouth Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee, and acted as Co-Chair of the Philanthropy Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.

Andrew Broome has also been recognized for service to the profession. His pro bono efforts earned acknowledgment from the New Jersey Supreme Court. He has additionally been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in Civil Litigation for multiple consecutive years, reflecting peer recognition within the legal community.
