Frederick J. Petersen is a bankruptcy lawyer at Mesch Clark Rothschild with extensive experience in commercial bankruptcy, business transactions, restructuring, litigation, and real estate law. Frederick began his legal career at Mesch Clark Rothschild in 1998 as a law clerk while attending law school. He became an associate in 1999 and earned a shareholder position by 2005. He has served as the firm’s managing shareholder twice, from 2011 to 2017 and again from 2019 to the present.

Frederick has provided legal counsel to a wide range of clients, including farmers, hospitals, restaurants, retail businesses, construction companies, and religious organizations throughout his career. He also represents bankruptcy debtors, creditors, Chapter 11 Trustees, creditor committees, and state court receivers. His experience allows him to address complex business and financial legal matters with confidence.

He has chaired the Arizona State Bar Bankruptcy Section and participates in several legal and community organizations.
