Andrew Behlmann

Andrew Behlmann is a New Jersey bankruptcy and restructuring lawyer at Lowenstein Sandler LLP who helps businesses and stakeholders address financial distress through practical, results-focused strategies. He served as special counsel in the $90 million sale of Hoboken University Medical Center. He has represented creditors and benefit funds in large Chapter 11 cases involving nationally recognized companies. He frequently writes and speaks about bankruptcy law, restructuring developments, and financial issues.
