He helped a national clothing retailer complete a court-approved inventory liquidation exceeding $30 million and address leases covering more than 200 locations. He served as special counsel in the $90 million sale of Hoboken University Medical Center. He has represented creditors and benefit funds in large Chapter 11 cases involving nationally recognized companies. He frequently writes and speaks about bankruptcy law, restructuring developments, and financial issues.
