Andre L. Pennington, Esq., is the founding attorney of Pennington Law, PLLC, an Arizona law firm focused on estate planning, probate, and retirement protection. Andre completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Fullerton, earning a B.A. He later earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. His academic training provided a strong foundation in legal research, trial advocacy, and estate planning principles that continue to guide his professional work today.

Andre began his legal career as a trial attorney. He later served as an attorney for the U.S. Air Force, gaining extensive courtroom experience at the state, military, and federal levels. Over the course of his career, he has handled more than 75 jury trials, developing strong litigation skills and a deep understanding of complex legal procedures. He later transitioned into private practice, concentrating on estate planning, trusts, probate, and retirement-focused legal strategies.

Andre is a licensed financial professional, which allows him to design estate plans that align legal protection with financial goals in addition to his legal background. This combined approach helps clients reduce risk, preserve wealth, and prepare for future transitions. 

Andre L. Pennington has also served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Arizona Superior Court and Justice Courts, further strengthening his insight into the judicial process. Through his work, he has helped clients navigate difficult legal situations, protect vulnerable individuals, and create clear, effective plans for the future using practical, well-structured legal solutions.
