Jennifer M. Mahe

Jennifer M. Mahe, Esq., is the principal of Mahe Law, Ltd. and a seasoned attorney serving clients throughout Northern Nevada. Born and raised in Carson City, she has practiced law in the region since 2005, offering knowledgeable representation across a broad range of legal matters.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with distinction, from the University of Nevada, Reno, along with a minor in developmental disabilities. She later obtained her Juris Doctor, with great distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating in 2005.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has handled matters involving estate planning, business law, family law, real property, and civil litigation. She has appeared before Nevada District Courts, the United States District Court, Federal Bankruptcy Court, and various regulatory agencies, including the Nevada State Engineer and the Nevada Public Utilities Commission.

Following law school, Jennifer served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judges Blake, Estes, and Pedersen in the Third Judicial District Court. She later practiced as an associate and partner at Allison, MacKenzie, Ltd., gaining extensive experience in complex legal matters before establishing her own firm.

Jennifer has remained closely connected to the developmental disabilities community, an area she has supported through professional service, volunteer work, and guardianship responsibilities. Her background provides a unique perspective when advising individuals and families facing sensitive legal challenges.
