Ande Burchfield

Ande Burchfield is the founder of Burchfield Law, PLLC, where she advises privately held businesses, real estate investors, transfer agents, and clients operating in blockchain and cryptocurrency. Her practice emphasizes entity formation, real estate transactions, contract negotiation, and corporate governance across diverse industries.

Ande earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2010 and her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2013. During law school, she served as Articles Editor of the Law Review, was a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar, and earned multiple CALI Awards for academic excellence.

Ande began her legal career advising public and private companies, including REITs and oil and gas producers, on FINRA and SEC compliance. She prepared securities offerings, managed transfer agent compliance, and advised on regulatory issues involving NASAA and state securities commissions.

Since launching her firm in 2015, Ande has helped entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies build smart business strategies and stay compliant with complex regulations. With deep expertise in finance, real estate, and digital asset law, she is uniquely positioned to guide clients in fast‑growing, emerging industries.

Ande is admitted to the Oklahoma Bar and is active in the legal and civic community. She graduated from Leadership Oklahoma City’s L.O.Y.A.L. Class XIII and received the Oklahoma NextGen Under 30 Award in 2016, which recognized her leadership and impact within the profession.

In addition to her law practice, Ande Burchfield manages a growing real estate portfolio across Oklahoma City, Edmond, and Fairview. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Prairie Dance Theater, a nonprofit that offers free dance instruction to public school students, reflecting her commitment to education and the arts.
