Anda Malescu

Anda Malescu, Esq. is the Managing Partner of Malescu Law and a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in International Law. She represents domestic and international clients in business and immigration matters, providing strategic guidance on corporate structuring, acquisitions, mergers, global transactions, and investor immigration to the United States.

Anda’s educational background reflects a strong commitment to excellence. Anda graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, earning both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in International Law, with a focus on business law and finance. She also earned a Master of Science in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Eckerd College.

Throughout her career, Anda has handled complex business disputes, contract enforcement, partnership agreements, and investor rights cases. She assists entrepreneurs and companies with EB-5, E-2, L-1, H-1B, and TN visa petitions, guiding clients through the intricate regulatory and immigration systems. Her proven record of success underscores her ability to achieve favorable results for domestic and international clients.

Anda began her legal career at Kravitz & Co., focusing on business structuring, capital raising, and international transactions. She also clerked for the Honorable Laurel M. Isicoff of the United States Bankruptcy Court and represented investors before FINRA in securities arbitration.

Today, Anda Malescu continues to publish and speak on international law topics while serving as President of the Florida Chapter of the Romanian-American Chamber of Commerce. Recognized among Miami’s “Top 20 Professionals Under 40” by Brickell Magazine, she combines business acumen and legal expertise to deliver trusted counsel worldwide.
