Amy Winterbottom

Amy Winterbottom is a Colorado partner who focuses on estate planning, real estate, and business matters. While in law school, she served as Assistant Managing Editor for the Denver Law Review. She also received a bachelor’s degree from Hope International University. Her education supports careful legal writing, business analysis, contract review, and practical problem solving in estate planning, real estate, and business matters.

Winterbottom worked in the construction industry before law school, gaining experience in marketing, accounting, and general business management. During law school, she spent eight months in Europe studying European business law. She also interned with the US European Command Office of the Staff Judge Advocate in Stuttgart, Germany, and with Pakay Law Office in Budapest, Hungary. These experiences support her understanding of business operations, transactions, and legal planning.

Amy Winterbottom also served as a judicial fellow for the Honorable John William Madden IV in Denver District Court after law school. That role strengthened her legal research and writing skills and gave her insight into litigation procedure.
