Amy M. Eisenberg

Amy M. Eisenberg focuses her legal work on family and matrimonial law. She assists clients facing divorce, custody disputes, separation agreements, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, and related court matters. Her approach is practical, respectful, and steady, helping people understand their options during difficult legal situations and emotional family changes.

Amy also represents clients when judicial intervention is needed. She routinely appears in the Supreme and Family Courts in Rockland, Westchester, Putnam, and Orange Counties. Her work covers many stages of litigation, and she has also appeared for oral argument in the Appellate Division, Second Department. Amy was admitted to the New York Bar in 2004.

Amy is also a board member of the Attorneys for the Children Advisory Committee for the Ninth Judicial District. Her work in that role reflects attention to matters involving children and vulnerable clients. She also participates in the Rockland County Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, and NYSBA.
