Amy L. Arndt

Amy L. Arndt is a highly accomplished attorney specializing in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and business advisory. She earned her B.S. with honors from Augustana College in 1993 and her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1996. Amy is admitted to practice in South Dakota and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota.

Amy serves as a member of her firm’s Elected Board, leads the Owner-Managed and Closely Held Businesses Group, and is part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. She advises business owners on critical matters such as operational issues, succession planning, financing, and restructuring. As outside general counsel for many clients, she provides guidance on corporate formation, shareholder agreements, and internal structuring.

Her expertise extends to private offerings, corporate governance, and disclosure matters. Amy plays a pivotal role in mergers and acquisition transactions, as well as asset acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring her clients navigate complex legal landscapes effectively.
