David B. Armbrust is a highly accomplished attorney with nearly five decades of experience in real estate law, land use and zoning, and administrative law. He is a founding member of Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, a premier law firm based in Austin, Texas, known for its expertise in handling complex legal issues for businesses, developers, and individuals across Central Texas.
A graduate of The University of Texas School of Law in 1975, David has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1974. Throughout his career, he has led numerous large-scale real estate transactions, secured governmental approvals for major commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, and negotiated significant financial incentives for regional economic development. His work also includes the creation of special financing districts and infrastructure agreements for water, wastewater, and transportation facilities.
