Amy E. Altshuler is a partner at Womble Bond Dickinson in Phoenix and a leader in the firm’s Business Transactions and Real Estate Practice Groups. She advises on retail, commercial, and industrial leasing, as well as land acquisition, development, and entity structuring for real estate ventures.

Amy earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1995 and a B.A. in History from Syracuse University in 1992. She is an active member of both the Arizona and Maricopa County Bar Associations.

Amy’s clients include high-profile brands such as Sprinkles Cupcakes, Hopdoddy, P.F. Chang’s, and PetSmart. Amy has represented clients in complex leasing and corporate transactions across the United States, including joint ventures, sale-leasebacks, and mixed-use development projects for both institutional and private clients.
