Amy D. Howland is a highly regarded attorney with extensive experience in real estate transactions, financial matters, and corporate governance. Her practice includes the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties, financial negotiations, loan workouts, and corporate affairs. Amy received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law, where she contributed to the Administrative Law Journal and was honored as a TrueBlood Scholar. Before entering private practice, Amy served as Assistant General Counsel for Citibank Arizona. There, she documented commercial real estate loans, developed in-house foreclosure practices, and advised on loan workouts and property management for bank-owned assets. She also served as Regional Counsel for the business and real estate lending divisions, providing critical support on transactional and ownership matters.

Beyond real estate finance, Amy D. Howland also focuses on construction finance, foreclosure defense and proceedings, loss mitigation, commercial leasing, and lender liability issues.
