Amity L. Arscott

Amity L. Arscott is the managing partner of Embry, Neusner & Arscott, LLC in Groton, Connecticut. She leads the firm’s occupational disease and toxic torts department and represents injured workers and other individuals in workers’ compensation, personal injury, Social Security disability, and unsafe housing matters. Her practice focuses on helping clients address serious health, workplace, and living-condition concerns through state and federal claims.

Arscott earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2005. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 2001, with majors in political science and Spanish.
