Amanda Taylor Stafford

Amanda Taylor Stafford is an associate attorney at The Behan Law Group, P.L.L.C., focusing her practice on criminal defense and DUI representation. Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating cum laude. During law school, she also served as Executive Editor of the Nevada Law Journal, vice president of the moot court team, and a participant in the school’s Tax Clinic.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law (PPEL) from the University of Arizona, also graduating cum laude. Her undergraduate and legal education reflect a solid foundation in both legal theory and applied courtroom advocacy.

Following law school, Amanda clerked for the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, where she worked on complex criminal and civil appeals. Her judicial clerkship provided invaluable insight into appellate litigation and sharpened her ability to assess and argue constitutional and procedural issues.

Since joining The Behan Law Group, Amanda has defended clients in misdemeanor and felony cases, including DUI charges involving high BAC levels.
