Amanda (Mandy) M. Gundlach Good

Amanda (Mandy) M. Gundlach Good is a partner in Crowley Fleck’s Cheyenne, Wyoming office. Her practice focuses on employment law, employment counseling, and civil litigation. She advises employers and some employees on workplace issues and represents clients in contract, trucking and transportation, public utilities, oil and gas, class action, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. She appears before administrative agencies and in Wyoming state and federal courts.

Good earned a J.D., magna cum laude, through the Law and Science Program at Texas Tech University School of Law in 2006. She graduated Order of the Coif and received trial advocacy and negotiation honors. She also earned a B.S. in Animal Science with a Business Emphasis, summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University in 2002 and dual associate degrees from Casper College in 2000.

Good has represented and advised employers on discrimination, harassment, disability accommodation, management practices, and compliance concerns. Her work includes proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and Wyoming workforce agencies. She also represents clients before the Wyoming Public Service Commission and handles trucking accidents, contract disputes, oil and gas litigation, and other civil cases involving administrative hearings and courtroom proceedings.
