William L. Hiser

William L. Hiser is a partner at Brown & Hiser LLC in Laramie, Wyoming, with a broad practice that includes business law, agricultural law, real estate, estate planning and administration, and litigation. His business work covers entity formation, tax and business planning, contracts, and dissolution issues. He also advises on real property transactions, financing, development, zoning, construction disputes, agricultural access, oil and gas matters, and water-related issues.

William graduated from Valley City State College with a background in Business Administration and was recognized as an outstanding Business Administration student. He later attended the University of Wyoming College of Law in Laramie and entered practice after passing the bar in 1988.
