Amanda H. Russo is a partner at Goodwin Procter LLP, where she specializes in Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution. She represents clients in high-stakes civil matters, including product liability, consumer fraud, and commercial disputes. Her litigation expertise spans federal and state courts, including class actions and multi-party suits nationwide.
Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2015. While there, she served as Managing Editor for the NYU Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Journal and participated in the Mediation Clinic. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida in 2012, graduating cum laude with both a B.S. and B.A.
Amanda’s regulatory counseling focuses on companies in the food, supplement, cosmetics, and consumer product sectors. She advises on compliance with FDA, FTC, USDA, and CPSC regulations, including labeling, marketing, claims substantiation, and crisis management.
