Alvaro A. Acevedo Jr.

Alvaro A. Acevedo Jr. is the founder and head attorney of Brickell Law Group in Miami and a Florida Bar Board Certified specialist in Tax Law. His practice spans federal, state, and international tax matters, business law, international law, multi-jurisdiction strategies, forensic accounting, and representation before the IRS. He advises individuals and businesses on civil and criminal tax issues, legal structures, financial compliance, and disputes that require coordinated legal, accounting, and tax analysis.

Acevedo earned an LL.M. in Tax Law with an Executive Certificate in International Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a J.D. from NSU Shepard Broad Law Center. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University School of Accounting and completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School. His combined legal and accounting training supports a practice involving complex tax positions, business planning, international structures, audits, financial records, and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
