Mr. Burkhalter holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from Northwestern State University. He became a Certified Public Accountant before earning his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and ranking fifth in his class. He is licensed to practice in California and Arizona and admitted to multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
