Allyson Russo

Allyson Russo is the founder of Russo Law Offices LLC in Hinsdale, Illinois, where she focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and small-business advising. She helps individuals, families, and business owners organize their affairs and make decisions about their property and future responsibilities. Her work includes preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives, as well as guiding clients through probate and the administration of trusts after a death.

Russo earned a B.A. in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Boston College in 1997 and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2000. She later completed an LL.M. in Taxation at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2012. This combination of legal, mathematical, and tax education supports her work with estate documents, asset transfers, trust administration, and planning questions that can involve legal and financial considerations.

Before founding her firm in 2014, Russo practiced with Bingham McCutchen in Boston, Vedder Price in Chicago, and a smaller law office focused on estate-related matters.
