Ally Bojczuk

Ally Bojczuk is an associate in Buchalter’s Nashville office and a member of its Litigation practice group. Her work focuses primarily on business and commercial disputes. She assists clients with contested legal matters that arise in the course of commercial activity and require preparation, research, and court advocacy. Her practice draws on academic training in litigation and experience with collaborative and competitive professional settings.

Bojczuk earned a J.D. from Belmont University College of Law in 2024 and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 2021. At Belmont, she participated in the national Health Law Transactional Moot Court Team, which won first place at the Edward Bryant Jr. National Transactional Competition. She also completed more than 100 hours of pro bono work and received a Pro Bono Award.

Bojczuk’s commercial litigation practice focuses on business and commercial disputes. Her legal education included transactional advocacy and problem solving through a national moot court competition. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee and in the United States District Courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Tennessee. These admissions allow her to work on appropriate matters in both state and federal forums.

Ally Bojczuk was a Division I tennis student-athlete and team captain at Notre Dame, earning academic honors for her achievements while competing. She belongs to the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations. Her record of academic achievement, legal pro bono service, and team leadership complements her developing litigation practice. She focuses on supporting clients with research, preparation, and advocacy in business-related disputes.
