David C. Mitchell

David C. Mitchell is a partner at Yost Law Firm in Fremont, Nebraska. He is a personal injury and commercial litigator with more than 30 years of courtroom experience. His practice serves businesses, families, and individuals in a variety of legal matters.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. He later received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University, where he developed the legal foundation for his work in litigation, business law, and estate planning.

Dave represents clients in personal injury and commercial litigation matters. His practice also includes real estate law, business transactions, estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and administration of trusts and estates.
