Allison L. Kriger is a dedicated criminal defense attorney with extensive experience in appellate advocacy and civil rights litigation. Allison earned her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in 2012 as a Dean’s Scholar. She received multiple academic honors, including the Eugene Driker Endowed Scholarship and the Wade McCree Memorial Endowed Scholarship. She previously attended Michigan State University, graduating with honors in 2007 with dual B.A. degrees in Public Policy and Public Administration and Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science with a concentration in Economics.
Before attending law school, Allison worked as a Legislative Analyst for State Senator Buzz Thomas, where she gained valuable experience in public policy and government affairs. During law school, she clerked at Goodman and Hurwitz, P.C., a leading civil rights firm, where she contributed to constitutional rights cases. She also worked with the Michigan State Appellate Defender Office, representing indigent clients in the appellate process.
Since admission to the Michigan Bar in 2012, Allison has focused her career on criminal defense and appellate advocacy. She is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. As an active member of the State Bar of Michigan, she remains committed to fighting for justice and ensuring fair legal representation for her clients, making her a formidable advocate in the legal community.
