Allison began her professional career at large law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she gained extensive experience in litigation and advisory services related to employment law. She later became the first in-house employment lawyer at Intuit, Inc., where she established and led the company’s employment legal practices. Following her move to Wyoming, she became a partner at Levy Coleman Brodie, LLC, where she advised clients on employment disputes and compliance matters. She then joined Elastic, Inc. as in-house counsel, continuing her work in employment law on a global scale. Additionally, Allison completed mediation certification training through the San Francisco Bar Association, thereby expanding her ability to help parties resolve disputes efficiently and constructively.
