Following her move to Wyoming, she became a partner at Levy Coleman Brodie, LLC, where she advised clients on employment disputes and compliance matters. She then joined Elastic, Inc. as in-house counsel, continuing her work in employment law on a global scale. Additionally, Allison completed mediation certification training through the San Francisco Bar Association, thereby expanding her ability to help parties resolve disputes efficiently and constructively.
