Galen earned his Juris Doctor with Great Distinction from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Traynor Society. He also holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Utah — a B.A. in Asian Studies and a B.S. in Business Management. Admitted to practice in California, Utah, and several U.S. District Courts, Galen combines exceptional academic achievement with deep litigation experience.
Before founding his firm, Galen began his career at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, representing large corporations in complex wage and hour matters. Motivated by a commitment to fairness and justice, he transitioned to representing employees and has since built a respected plaintiff-side employment law practice. His extensive experience includes handling class action certifications, settlements, administrative hearings, and appellate cases.
