Juan J. Perez, founder and managing partner of J. Perez Legal, P.A., is a respected Florida attorney practicing in real estate law, business law, estate planning, foreclosure defense, and condominium and association law. Juan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in 2003, after completing a double major in Criminology and Spanish Studies, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Florida in 2000. Before founding his firm, he gained valuable experience interning with the 17th Judicial Circuit of the State Attorney’s Office and serving as an associate attorney at Moraitis, Cofar, Karney & Moraitis, a prominent South Florida firm.

Juan’s practice spans title closings, foreclosure defense, short sale negotiations, and association law. Licensed to practice in Florida and the U.S. Southern District Court of Florida, he is also a member of The Florida Bar and an authorized title agent for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic. His skill in navigating complex real estate and business matters has made him a trusted resource for clients and professionals alike.
